Volusia County Council plans goal-setting special meeting on May 10.

The Volusia County Council will host a special meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Frank T. Bruno Jr. County Council Chambers on the second floor of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, located at 123 W. Indiana Ave in DeLand to set goals for the future of Volusia County. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and provide comments.
According to a release, the meeting will cover agenda items such as goal setting, discussion and selection, public participation, and other business brought before the council. The agenda is viewable on the county's official website at https://www.volusia.org/agenda.
For those who cannot attend the meeting in person, it will be live streamed on the county's website at https://www.volusia.org/livemeeting.
Individuals unable to attend in person may submit their comments in advance to publicparticipation@volusia.org. To be included in the public record, comments must be received by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, with the person's name, residential city, and the agenda item subject or number included.
