The City of Port Orange has announced that City Hall's drive-up utility payment system is currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions, causing inconvenience to utility customers. To mitigate the inconvenience caused by the service disruption, the city encourages utility customers to use its online payment system, which is available 24/7 and is user-friendly, making it convenient for customers to pay utility bills anywhere, at any time.
Alternatively, utility customers may utilize the payment drop boxes in front of City Hall and the drive-thru lane or speak to a customer service representative at 386-506-5720 for further assistance.
