Traffic Fatality in Port Orange Under Investigation; Anyone with Information is Asked to Come Forward.

According to a news release sent out by Evan Doyle, Public Information Officer of the Port Orange Police Department, Police Officers responded to a traffic accident on Ridgewood and Farmbrook Rd. in Port Orange Wednesday morning.
Upon the arrival of officers to the scene, the driver involved in the single-vehicle crash was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the Driver is being withheld, pending notification of Next of Kin.
Port Orange Police Department Traffic Homicide Unit is currently investigating the crash and asking that anyone who has information regarding this accident to call the Traffic Unit supervisor, Sgt. Dean Gaver, at 386-506-5840.
