According to a release, launching from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center, the mission coincides with ongoing activities aboard the International Space Station, including operations with other crew and cargo spacecraft. The Dragon spacecraft, named Endurance, will carry a team of seasoned astronauts from various space agencies.
NASA astronaut and mission commander, Jasmin Moghbeli, will lead the mission with ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut and pilot Andreas Mogensen. Joining them are JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Satoshi Furukawa and Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov as mission specialists. Together, this diverse and skilled team is all set to embark on their space journey.
