Summer Break Camp Online Registration Opens March 1
Everyone’s favorite action-packed summer break camp will open registration at 8 a.m. Friday, March 1. Volusia County Summer Break Camp offers children 5 to 12 (5-year-olds must have completed kindergarten) an opportunity to hang out with friends, enjoy a wide variety of field trips, and make memories. The field trip line-up for 2024 includes Daytona Lagoon, Aquatica, the movies, and more. An $80 weekly fee per child includes field trip entry fees and a camp t-shirt.
For the first time ever, Volusia County Parks, Recreation, and Culture is offering registration online to make the process easier for caregivers. There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration. The link to register and more information about Volusia Summer Break Camp can be found at www.volusia.org/recreation.

- Gemini Springs Park, DeBary
- DeBary Hall Historic Site
- Chisholm Community Center, DeLand
- Boy Scout Hut, DeLand
- Taylor Middle-High School, Pierson
- Holly Hill K-8 School
- J. Longstreet Elementary School, Daytona Beach
- James Street Park, South Daytona
- Mary DeWees Park, Oak Hill
- Coronado Beach Elementary School, New Smyrna Beach
- Edgewater Public School
Summer camp scholarships are available to income-eligible households and will be awarded based on funding availability though Volusia County’s Community Assistance Division. Visit www.volusia.org/scs or contact Community Assistance at 386-736-5955.
