Shina’s Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting provides Mobile notary and fingerprinting service to Volusia and Flagler County residents. Mrs. Rishina Williams is commissioned in the State of Florida to complete Notarial acts. She is also a certified fingerprint technician and is an authorized TSA approved fingerprint vendor for NATA Compliance Services. She holds membership in the National Notary Association (NNA) and the American Association of Notaries.
