The Featured Community Connections Team attended the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce Mix and Mingle Event hosted by the brand-new Enclave at 3230 Luxury Apartment Complex.
The beautifully designed complex boasts one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans that overlook the scenic Halifax River. Each apartment offers signature finishes, open floor plans, and an abundance of natural lighting. Living in a prime location keeps you close to the action, delivering a modern beach living experience and a relaxing retreat for times when you want to unwind.
“This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful,” said a member representative at the Chamber Event.
The Mix and Mingle Event allowed Chamber Members to get an exclusive tour of the model apartments and further explore the complex.
There are plenty of features and amenities offered to the residents including a resort-style pool, a firepit, a Bark Park, and a Pet Spa, to name a few. The complex is in its final phases of construction and is currently accepting applications.
