The Port Orange Police Department is honoring one of their longest serving volunteers as she celebrates her 100th birthday. Mary Wittmeyer is considered a VIP (Volunteers in Police Service) by the department and has given 40+ years of what the Port Orange Police call "selfless dedication" to the community. Ranked as a lieutenant in the department, Mary still works two days per week and is considered a source of positive energy and joy.
Happy 100th Birthday Mary!
