Marino started his career back in 1995 and has since worked his way up through the ranks, serving as Major over the Special Operations and Patrol Divisions, Criminal Investigations Division, and Support Services Division. Mr. Marino became the Assistant Chief of Police over the Administrative Services Bureau for the Hollywood Police Department in 2018.
According to a release, Mr. Marino holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Barry University, a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and attended the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy 240th Session in 2010. He has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including multiple Officer of the Year awards.
