Our Family Yoga
We make yoga accessible to people of all ages at all stages of life, with a full schedule and variety of classes for everyone in your family
Our Yoga specializes in Prenatal Yoga, Postpartum Yoga for Moms, Alignment-Based Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and other healing classes for your body. Our other specialty focus is on kids including baby yoga, be-free social time for toddlers, yoga for young kids (ages 2.5-5) & yoga for kids (ages 6-12)

Prenatal Yoga
We provide expecting parents knowledge and community during all stages of their pregnancy, with extra care and support during the 4th trimester
Yoga for Us
We believe your whole family deserves opportunities to make their minds & bodies more flexible, balanced and strong so we have yoga class for you and baby or your kids
Yoga for Young Kids
We give toddlers & young kids time to explore their world, bodies, and voice in a safe, relaxed space with a caring and knowledgeable kid’s yoga teacher
Yoga for Kids
Our elementary kids ages 6-9 love this after-school time to let loose, learn about their body, enjoy group activities and games but most of all lay back and relax
Yoga for Pre-Teens
We teach ages 9-12 healthy ways to deal with stress, love themselves, enjoy friendships, find new movement in their body as well as grow their imagination
Yoga for Moms
We offer support through all stages of motherhood, because giving birth, being a role model, loving unconditionally, etc is not always blissful or easy
