Jimmy Hula's

Jim Hartman (Jimmy), once one of the biggest fast-food franchises in Florida, loved to travel with his family to areas of the globe that provided the best beaches and unique cultures. They always ended up hanging with the locals and partaking in their most desirable grub and libations.

In 2007 Jimmy decided it was time to sell the fast-food joints and develop a concept that reflected his passion for fresh, vibrant ingredients and a stellar atmosphere.

With the help of this son, Zach, he put his experiences, travels and philosophy together to create a new and exciting fast casual restaurant.

The original Jimmy Hula’s opened in Winter Park, FL, on March 25, 2011, and we've been spreading good vibes and #FoodNirvana ever since!
