Since 1979, Halifax Health - Hospice has established itself as the respected leader in the local community for end-of-life care providing extraordinary and dignified comfort and compassion. We provide care for Volusia, Flagler, Orange and Osceola county residents with life limiting illness and their families and have become the established not-for-profit leader in providing hospice services in our community. We care for our patients and families in their homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, care centers and hospitals.

Every day, our uniquely specialized team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual care counselors, aides, bereavement counselors, therapists, and volunteers work collectively to provide exceptional care for patients and families.
