FLOW bus cancels May 4 visit to New Smyrna Beach Regional Library.

After canceling an event at the Ormond Beach City Hall, the City of New Smyrna Beach received word that the Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) event, scheduled for Wednesday, May 4, at the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, is canceled.

According to a release, a notice of a rescheduled event will be released once details are made available.
