WMC   is a general contracting business incorporated in the state of Florida in 1998 by   James Wesche   (general contractor)   and   Robert Marks   (electrical engineer). Our staff and crew bring decades of experience to bear in light commercial building and high end renovations/ additions. Currently, the company is involved in commercial building renovation/restoration and property capital improvements. Typically, projects are structured with one of the principles as the primary project manager. A working supervisor or foreman is on the job from start to finish and is responsible for the implementation of the design. We’ve worked with our subcontractors for years; our relationships are built on trust and performance.
